All air compressors produce condensation (water) without an air dryer in place. Water condensation in your air supply lines can be very frustrating and can cause damage to your equipment. While some of our competitors have dew points of 50 degrees, our refrigerated air dryers have a much lower dew point, at 35 degrees. This is incredibly important and here’s why: our refrigerated air dryers, with a dew point of 35 degrees will remove 47.5% more moisture from the air, at 100% humidity, than a dryer whose dew point is 50 degrees. The lower dew point of our refrigerated air dryers means that our dryers will prolong the life of your equipment, by removing more moisture. They come equipped with a built-in inlet pre-filter 5 micron and an active coalescing 0.01-micron outlet filter. The inlet pre-filter and outlet filter include a built-in auto-drain. This makes the dryer plug and play. No extra expensive filters to buy and no extra plumbing to worry about. Just run a line from the compressor to the inlet of the dryer and run an airline out of the dryer to your shop. Then add electric power to the dryer and you are ready to use it.

Our Refrigerated air dryers are energy efficient and non-cycling dryer systems. When not in use, they will go into a standby mode. When the dryer detects use again, it will cycle back on.
