All units 5 HP and above (single-phase or three-phase) come equipped with a UL/CSA-certified
Magnetic Starter Switch—a critical component for safely managing the power load of
high-performance electric motors.
Unlike a pressure switch alone, which cannot handle the heavy electrical demands of larger motors,
our system integrates a pressure switch to signal when the compressor needs to run, and a magnetic
starter to handle the actual power load.
Each magnetic starter is built to withstand extreme electrical demands and includes integrated motor
overload protection to safeguard the motor under heavy workloads.
